I take the long view approach to almost every problem, seeking to find the answer that will work in the present and still fall in line with our goals for the future. I firmly believe that conflict resolution should make every attempt to be win-win and that compromise is a sign of good government and nimble minds. I believe that local government is the gatekeeper and plays a key role in the protection of our future, including natural resources and property.
