Roxbury Town Council – At Large and Ward Representatives
Roxbury Township’s local government is a Council-Manager form under the Faulkner Act.
Voters elect town council members and a mayor is selected among the At Large council members.
There are a total of seven (7) members on the Roxbury Town Council. Four (4) members are elected per Ward. Each Ward has 1 representative on Council and only registered voters in each Ward can vote for their respective official. Three (3) members are elected At Large. Every registered voter can vote for an At Large candidate.
All Council members are elected for 4 year terms. The Ward and At Large elections are held in different years unless circumstances warrant a special election for a seat. 2021 is an At Large election with a special election for Ward 1.
